I am looking for students who are excited about research in behavioral ecology, especially the interactions between animals and plants involving seeds. Ph.D. students at UNR study in the Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation Biology program, and MS students are accepted into the Biology Department. See those websites for more information, application, and program requirements. I encourage all of my students to be naturalists, and most of the work we do in our lab has a strong field component. A strong candidate for graduate study in my lab is one who is independent , has critical thinking skills and a strong desire to study the ecology of plant-animal interactions. If you would like to know more, please feel free to send me an e-mail at sv "at" unr "dot" edu.
